How long should hair be for waxing?

Waxing is most effective when the hair is no shorter than ¼ inch. Pain increases if the hair is too long. If growth is excessive we ask that hair be shortened to ½ inch.

Can I get facial waxing if I am currently using retinol, glycolic or prescribed creams?

You cannot safely be waxed unless all creams are stopped one week to 10 days prior to appointment.

How long does waxing last?

The more frequently you wax the longer it takes to grow back. We recommend a schedule of once per month.

What kinds of wax do you use?

We have several different types of wax to best accommodate your particular skin type. The aesthetician can explain details to you prior to service
