The process, applied mostly to the face, uses small needles to prick the skin and may treat various scars, wrinkles and large pores.

During the one-hour treatment, the skin is cleansed, a numbing cream is put in place for 25 minutes, the needling is done, and zinc sunblock is applied. For stretch marks, consultation is required to determine pricing.

Microneedling is minimally invasive and requires no downtime. It is considered safe for those in overall good health. Note: The procedure is not safe for people who use certain acne medication and for women who are pregnant. Minor redness and irritation may occur for a few days after the procedure. Following a treatment, it is important to stay out of sun and apply zinc sunblock.
